I simply loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are incredibly cozy and welcoming, and the shower is just fantastic. The bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of it, and the bed linen was fancy. Plus, the views from the room were absolutely stunning, making my stay even more special. However, the service left something to be desired as it felt like they were short-staffed, though there were some management staff around who could have assisted at the reception. The staff, especially at the reception, didn't seem as friendly as I would have hoped, but they were at least helpful. The location is top-notch, just across the road from the train station, making it super convenient for travelers like me who rely on public transport. Everything you could possibly need is nearby, right in the city center. When it comes to dining, they offer typical Sicilian products, which was a great way to experience the local cuisine. Overall, the facilities were good, but there's room for improvement. The price was fair for what was offered, ensuring good value for money.
